Shipping Policy

www.zaappy.com, Referred to as “we”, “our” or “us” here onwards.

  • We offer delivery throughout the United Arab Emirates.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery, Debit Card, Credit Card, Tabby and Tamara as Payment methods.
  • Please note that we do not charge any fees for cash on delivery payment method.
  • Shipments will be delivered within 3-5 working days for most of the areas once the order is placed.
  • Once AWB (Air Way Bill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated by registered email or mobile number.
  • Orders of less than AED 60 will be charged AED 6 as shipping fee (non-refundable)
  • Orders of 60 AED and above will be delivered with free of shipping charge.
  • The items might not be able to deliver on time if the customer is not reachable on provided number or given shipping address.
  • We encourage you to keep the exact changes for the cash on delivery payment.
  • If payment is not made at the time of delivery, we will be unable to supply you with the order.
  • In the case of any item return, the customer is responsible for paying the item pickup costs (16 AED), which will be deducted from the refund.
